Our six-stage QC process
Every crane passes through the same inspection gates, whatever its size.
Incoming material inspection
Steel plate and components verified against mill certificates before use.
In-process inspection
Weld quality, dimensions and camber checked at each fabrication stage.
NDT of critical welds
Ultrasonic and magnetic-particle testing on load-bearing welds.
Assembly inspection
Mechanical fit, wheel alignment and electrical wiring verified.
Load testing
Static (125%) and dynamic (110%) load tests on every crane.
Final documentation
Test reports, certificates, drawings and manuals compiled for shipment.
